A very understanding and friendly approach was given as I was a fresher. I was guided and encouraged throughout the entire interview process. I felt very comfortable with the interviewers.

Good but many levels to go through. 4 rounds of interview and not very clear on when id hear back for each. Had to complete online aptitude tests aswell including maths tests
Assessment centre with group exercise and individual interview. Interviewers are friendly but expect to answer some questions about your motivations and about the company and about your education and any job experience
