Ayers Rock Resort interview questions

This was a theme for the entire job. Interview was relatively easy as she went on and on about ehrself and her life. This however, was a theme for the rest of my experience at ayers rock resort. No oversight, no support. Manager was held unaccountable for every bad decision and counter-intuitive worlplace measure.
