Started with 2 phone calls first one was local from UAE and second one was from UK. i think the next step is to have f2f meeting with them on their local office if Dubai.

Via recruitment agency. Interview with the Sales Director, then with the Executive VP.
One of the most challenging interviews I have ever had due to Sales Director's questions he did not expect me to know answers to but rather test how far my knowledge goes, how I react when faced with a challenge and how comfortable I am with saying "I do not know". Also added several real life scenarios to find out about my sales habits and thinking on my feet.
Definitely do your research. A lot. And bring a notepad
