4-step interview process. If you have the flexibility you can complete all interviews within a week. The first interview was with the Director of the team that you are applying to work for. Casual meet and greet and learn about the company. The second interview was with a Senior Talent Advocate which is a meet and greet with more of a standard interview with experience, performance, and challenge-based questions. The third interview was with a Co-Founder. My fourth and final interview was with the VP and this is where I received an offer. All in all, I had a great experience! I met great people and learned about the company. The most enjoyable interview process I have ever been a part of!
