Viva (on the same day): Tell me about your favorite movie? Why should everyone watch it? Your educational background and other qualifications? Your past experience as a job-holder? In which position do you want to see yourself after 5/10 years? Are you a good Typer/ What's the WPM (word per minute) on the keyboard? Can you do blindfolded typing? Why should we hire you? Do you know about the job responsibilities here? Can you manage waking up all night? Do your parents know about the organization. Tell something about one situation when you solve a challenging problem? Are you confident to do the work? Do you think you have some kind of leadership skill, please explain with a situation.
They ask a lot of questions in the Viva board to check your confidence level (Especially, the Country Director of Augmedix, Bangladesh). So, be well prepared before facing the management team.
