First Stage - Phone interview for skills assessment and background checks.
Second Stage - In Person interview with followup background experience discussion. Assessment on career development and target mindset.
Overall a very complete hiring process and very confortable one to be in, compared with other companies out there.
Do prepare for some technical strategice and client engagement topics/discussion.

Foi muito Facil, sem entrevista técnica. Uma conversa agradavel. Expliquei o meu percurso profissional de forma detalhada. Em cada experie^ncia detalhei as tecnologias que utilizei em cada projecto. Também detalhei os projecto em que participei
It was a first call with the recruiter then an interview with an engineer followed by a take home test. After the results from the take home test, it was time to discuss contract.

Un appel rapide de la rh due à une cooptation puis un entretien avec la rh.
La rh pose des questions basiques, demande si le prospectus de présentation a été lu puis....
Plus rien. Elle dit qu'elle revient vers nous suite à une présentation du CV a un manager. Aucun retour, rien pas de contact ni de mail.
Encore une entreprise de conseil qui a aucun respect pour les candidats
