First thing is working with a recruiter and a very long process to get the interview Lots of questions and answer, technical questions, several people interviewing you, first HR, then department manager, then department members, then another manager and then the owner. Long process 6 weeks or more. No parking near the office, I had to walk 8 blocks and good thing I was a half hour early.
