The interview process was easy to non existent.
The interviewer had no concept of what the job entailed and she admitted it flat out (I guess I should give points for honesty). This was AFTER I went through my college and experience work; you can't understand the extensive background one has in the field if you know nothing of the field itself.
Interviewer couldn't answer any questions about their expanding research wing in Austin, whether they primarily focused on Qual or Quan data, how their research netted out between Formative and Evaluative research.
Interviewer was very pleasant and said that she'd pass my info on to the head researcher in San Francisco. I have SERIOUS doubts as to Atlassian being in tune with Real UX Research....
