Thanks for your feedback! I understand that you are disappointed. The interview process at SocialCops is long and different from any other hiring processes. But this is only because our process helps us know about the candidate as much as we can over a period of 30-45 days. Finding the right folks to join us has always been our utmost priority, and trust us here - it is extremely hard and more important than anything else!
We do like to know people, and if we feel they will fit just right at SocialCops, we craft roles around them. This includes a lot of things, including the project you have picked personally, your area of expertise, your leadership roles, values and so much more - the list keeps growing as we get more and more clarity on the kind of people we want in our team. So isn't it fair to take time to understand, rather than make decisions in haste?
P.S. We have a lot of folks on our team who are introverts! In fact, we recently administered the MBTI personality test on the team and 61% of our team members identify as introverts. :)
