Interview
It was really casual, we sat outside the store. It only lasted about 10-15 minutes and she was super friendly. She made me feel really relaxed and I think it helped that I dressed casually because she and all the other employees were in workout clothes. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Describe a time when you have had to resolve a conflict with a customer.
Easy customer service questions was not hard at all got offered the job right away. They were very nice and answered All my questions about pto salary. One of the questions were like how would I handle difficult situations and have I handled like merchandising?
really straightforward, all questions were common behavioral questions such as past work experience, and how you handle situations. Hiring manager interviewed me and lasted only 30 minutes. you should'nt have any difficulty.

how were you able to improve your process through criticism of a manager
Easy interview and conversational. 2 rounds (one with assistant manager and final with general manager). Easy personality questions and asked about fitness and retail experience. Very relaxed and natural. Would recommend being yourself.
