Had calls with various people from the organisation who were pleasant and tested the required skills for the role. Skills like communication, excel, team-building etc were questioned.

Describe a couple of methods you would use to increase employee engagement in your team?
Very friendly and focused on behavioral questions. It was a lot less stressful than what I had expected and we finished on time for a couple minutes for me to ask some questions to them.

The process was automatic. I had to record 4 4-minute answers to simple questions like 'why us', 'your proffesional background', 'what are you working on right now'. The interview system provided options to prepare yourself to the rocording process.

Really badly organised, the person who was meant to call me for my screening call just did not, so I had to follow up with them myself. Bad communication, was extremely late to respond to all my questions
