Initially rec'd a phone call from HR recruiter who never introduced herself, the company or the position. She simply started with, "this is Tina, I'm calling to schedule an interview with you". Very unprofessional, I actually did a backsearch on the phone number to ensure it was legitimate.
Actual interview was with 2 managers, who frankly I'm not sure I'd hire to work for me, let alone manage people. Interview went about an hour with no surprises or challenges. At the end, one of the interviewers simply got up and left the room and the other one said, "I guess that's the end of the interview". I asked about next steps and was told I'd hear back within the week on next steps. I asked both interviewers for business cards and they claimed they couldn't give me one.
Never rec'd any follow-up so I reached out at about the week and a half point and 2 days later rec'd a generic "you weren't selected to proceed" e-mail.
Not at all impressed by the organization, frankly not sure I'd have accepted an opportunity there given how unprofessional everyone I met was....
