I made it to the third-round interview for the BDR position, meeting with the Senior Sales Manager. I was genuinely excited about the opportunity and invested significant time preparing for each stage. However, after that final conversation I received no follow up at all. Not even a simple update. It's now been over a month, and despite reaching out, I’ve heard nothing. While the early stages of the process were organized and promising, the lack of communication after the final round felt unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates' time and effort. Clear, timely updates especially after multiple rounds should be a baseline expectation in any hiring process. Please stop "ghosting" people who put their time and energy into interviewing.
