CV with additional questions, then psychometric test which was ok, final Interview day (online) which consisted of two case study type interviews both allow time for preparation with some additional situational questions.

Give an example of when you had to deal with conflict.
Three parts: technical interview where a building schematic and questions were given, then talking through the answers to said questions, then generic interview questions about company / past experience, then case study interview where a brief were given to decide the feasibility of a project.
