The interview process is not truly refined. You’ll meet quite a few folks - It’s going to go more on feel and presentation. It’s very quick as the organization is very flat for now. I’d recommend you stretch it out. A lot of the focus is on the exit and in some cases when people have their eye on a near term goal they’re willing to do and say things I don’t stand up over time. I’d really dig in to what you hear and do your own due diligence.
It’s worth having a deep conversation about lead gen and how that will happen. If any lead sources come up I think makes sense to ask how many leads came from there, who got them and if they closed.
