Interview
Applied for the position after seeing an add on Indeed. The entire application was online. They required a sample of a follow up letter I would send to a potential tenant after a tour of the property. ABout a week after I submitted the application I was contacted to come in for an interview. The interview was very standard. They asked about past customer service experience and sales abilities.

Interview
Very thorough. Expect to meet with community manager(s) and even regional managers prior to being hired, as well as doing an extensive background and pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
