Standard Process:
1. Phone interview in reply to submitted resume
2. In person interview
3. Call back interview leading to job offer.
-Hiring manager was disorganized and hurried in interviews #2 & #3. This ended up being his daily mode of operation.
-Candidates sitting in a line in a hallway waiting for hiring manager to interview them in interview #2. This was a bit odd considering we were in the client companies facilities.

Nothing was unexpected or difficult. Asked basic personality questions; questions on handling employees; questions on disciplining employees. Presented with financial statement and asked to analyze.
