I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arab American Family Support Center (New York, NY)
Interview
I was emailed very quickly by HR to schedule an interview. The interview was a video call with two staff members who asked a series of scenario-based questions after being asked to speak about my background. I had never had an interview like this before, but I was offered the position in two days.

Question 1
If someone who walks into the center has open charges, what would you do?
I interviewed at Arab American Family Support Center
Interview
The interview happened over Teams. It was one of the worst interviews I've ever had. I was supposed to be interviewed by 3 people. Only one person interviewed me and she explained the other had to be elsewhere but no explanation for the third person.
She immediately started asking me questions and then asked if I had any questions. Which how am I supposed to ask questions when you haven't said anything to me about the company or the role.
She was distracted and not paying attention throughout most of the interview. And she seemed very ill prepared. I learned nothing new about the role or company. It was a waste of time and I haven't heard back of them. Which of course I haven't.
