Overall, a very positive experience. Was interviewing for a Manager position in the marketing group. Over two full days, I interviewed with 28 people. Most of it was a conversational style interview to assess not only skills, but a culture fit. The recruiter, the group director, and all of the staff were a pleasure to meet with. They were intelligent, articulate, and clearly took pride in the work they were doing. The long interviews were rigorous, but nothing out of left field. The Apple recruiter and I both felt that the culture was right on both sides (mine and theirs) but that the position wasn't a perfect match for my skill set. They have been in touch again, so I know I'm still active in their files.
