Interview
I had 2 phone screenings that went well and then had an interview with a senior director. The interview with the director was unconventional and I didn't find it really productive. They spent the first 30 minutes asking me very specific questions about my last internship and nothing else related to education or other internship experience. Then they had me role-play as a customer service representative at the end.

Phone Interview for 30 minutes, but mine lasted for only 15 minutes.
It was an abrupt interview process - interviewer called for an interview without scheduling one in. Typical interview questions but I was not prepared.

Fast paced, First interview was mostly cultural fit. Job did not match the job description very well so was confusing. But the recruiters was helpful and friendly. Did a good job explaining the position.

Interview
I had a talk with HR manager. This is the first stage of the interview. I did not have experience using Appian platform.
This was general conversation about myself, my education and experience which quite little because I recently graduated. The most important that HR wanted to hear that I am happy to shift my interests from coding to Appian platform which is low-code (no code). Also, have some conversation about what I know AI, AWS and Linux. Important to show the interest in Appian platform and technology the use the most AI, AWS and Linux. It got me to second stage where I need to dive deeper in these technologies with more technical person.
