tl;dr Standard interview, got ghosted Fairly standard interview process, if not a bit disjointed. I had the initial screen on July 23rd, then the first part of the virtual onsite the next week then the next part (final?) the following week (which had a no show interviewer, no worries it happens), so that's rescheduled for the following week. Then I never hear from them again. I ping the recruiter, they're out of town, so I message the contact in their OOO email, that person says they'll get back to me, they never do. It's been over a month since my last interview.
