The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2010
Interview
Most of the questions are behavior orientated, nothing really technical. 2nd phone screen is not that hard either since pretty much you just talked the same thing with an senior VP instead of HR from the headquater.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Deerfield, IL)
Interview
Unprepared for interview--met with 6 people over 2 days. Very redundant questioning. Called back for final interview only to repeat topics. Some interviewers were unprepared and spent most of the time asking general questions.
the process was smooth while i dont really get the reason i get rejected. The interviewer was very satisfied during the interview, we talked more than scheduled time. And i did sent the thank you letter. After two weeks, I got rejection
