+ Comfortable early process; felt at ease during process + Day of on-site interview enjoyed friendliness of staff - HR Manager made me feel the job was mine; clearly setting up false hope - Recruiter/Manager did not follow up within timeline they set and it took my own initiative to get a response. Overall - Be VERY circumspect of companies who build your hopes up and then don’t even follow up on the timeline they set. It’s bad business.
