I interview with Ashley Allman today and Anomaly Squared. The process was fairly simple. After i Submitted my resume i was contacted for an interview in less than a week. There wasn't a long wait until my interviewer Ashley called me to the back. She was very professional and easy going which was very refreshing and gave the impression of a less than uptight atmosphere. The interview was very conversational, it seemed less like an interview and more like an informal get to know each other session. Ashley answered all of my questions about the company and made me very comfortable pursuing this employment opportunity.
