It is quite easy ..just basics of market you can learn that from NISM book and finance (for this u can read from investopedia site) required
and some easy mathematics like multiplication percentage
I applied through naukri.com Was very smooth and good first round with hr.. general questions about my career and education and other one with manager about my knowledge about share market

Interview
Interview didn't take long, it was quick, but they made us wait for that, everyone was iffy on the cross-selling part, they shouldn't make dealers do cross-selling if they put this much of pressure for this little salary, Attrition rate is going to be high
