Easy, just pass drug screen! Have some past work history experience in warehouse work. Take a computer test that is easy. They hire just about anyone around peak time. They will do a background check on you. I dont know how extensive.

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
