Interview
There was first a phone interview, and after passing that there were separate virtual in-person interviews that were conducted over video chat. Average 4-6 main questions with follow-ups. Each one had a 1 hour timeframe and used up the entire hour.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were committed to a job or project but had to quit.
It was good. I got selected. It was mostly English and some aptitude. It was a total of 3 rounds and another HR round. Be ready with the leadership principles.
It was a decent experience. Not tough, easy to crack and one of the better opportinitiues for the ones fresh out of college. Better career opportinities too within the org as its one of the biggest in the world
Interview was fine, but salary $30,000 with no relocation assistance. Considering I live nowhere near the area where the job was posted, that is pretty paltry compensation. Despite that, interview process is straightforward.
