Interview
So i got into Amazon through Campus Placements. All the rounds are pretty much the same through placements, walkin or referrals. The process typically takes only 1 day and the results will be said on spot. However, the joining letter and all the further formalities will be communicated accordingly to the individual.
The first round would be JAM. About you or any random topic. The second would be Versant typing and the accent round. Final one would be HR round where you would be given few real time scenarios and what would you do in that situation and all. Thats all!
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
