I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AmTrust (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2022
Interview
I applied through Indeed then had a quick 15 minute phone screen with a talent specialist who asked questions about my resume and background and answered questions about the company. They forwarded my information to who would be my manager and scheduled a video chat interview for a few days later. This interview lasted about an hour and they asked a mixture of STAR questions and questions about me as an individual. After this I was scheduled a second interview with a manager from a different department a few days later so that a 2nd opinion could be provided to HR. This interview was about 30 minutes and also involved STAR and personality questions. A few hours later I received a call from the talent specialist who offered me the position. Overall the process took about a week and a half.

Question 1
Tell me about a situation where you had a conflict with a manager and how you handled it.
Contacted by their recruiter for the position, during interview it was clear that either the recruiter did not actually read my resume or the company didn't tell the recruiter what they were actually looking for. Wires clearly got crossed somewhere down the line but not sure by who.

Question 1
Project management experience for what was supposed to be an entry level position.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AmTrust (Cleveland, OH) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was a very cordial, relaxed, one-on-one conversation. Nothing out of left field, no surprises. I was told about their products, projects and work load and asked to relate my skills and experience to what they do. All I needed to do was relax, listen to what I was being told (don't let your mind wander about how you are going to use keywords or phrases) and give a straight-forward answer. Personality and fitting into their culture seems to be important there - be yourself.
