Interview
Received a call from a recruiter in regards to my application after going over the position I gave permission to submit my application.
My Monday I received a call back to schedule an in person interview with the direct manager & department manager. The interview was a review of my background and explanation on the expectations of the position. Interview was more of a discussion relaxed environment.
After completing that interview since it was early in the day met with the overall claims manager and same went over my background, explanations on expectations of the position and final questions.
Following day received a call from the recruiter they wanted to make an offer. Negotiated my salary and accepted the offer.

Explain your prior work history. What prepares you for this position?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AmTrust (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The entire process took approximately 4 weeks and the final in person interview is with 3 people. HR is unwilling to negotiate. One of the supervisors did not seem to be experienced in interviewing and asked ridiculous questions that someone with minimal experience could easily have answered.
