The company recruiter contacted me to start the interview process. It was a good combination of formal and informal interviews, allowing me to get a real feel for the people I would be working with rather than being peppered with the same old interview questions. The questions were very pertinent to the work I would be doing and were more conversational. It was a fast process and the recruiter kept me updated throughout the process. Without a question the best interview experience I have ever had.
