Interview
The interview first interview was by phone then with two hiring managers. It was behavioral questions. It was an average interview along with a tour of the facility. The questions were basic such as what are your weaknesses and your strengths.
It was a simple to the point interview. I did a one way interview. Then I once that was passed I had a second and third virtual interview. I didn’t get the job but it was I pretty straight forward interview process.

Interview
Online video interview (self paced) and then 2 video interviews. Very easy to be done. I actually did one of the interviews in a car on a job site while working a contracted job. It was very was going. I received another panel interview after that.

Interview
I interviewed with Ally Financial twice. Both times we’re on zoom. It’s fast, easy, non-intimidating. They want STAR format when answering. The recent time I interviewed with them I didn’t get an update though.
