There were three interviews. First interview was in person with two assistant store managers. Second was in person with store manager. Last interview was over the phone with district manager

45 minute interview, asking lots of questions about my experience, if i had any knowledge about the company, gave me the backstory about the company, asked me about my availability, why i wanted the job.

Interview
Extremely easy interview process. You apply online and/or call the store to send your resume over and then they set up an interview if they're interested. After that, you meet at the shop and go over your background. If the store manager likes you, you interview with the DM and then move forward into the position if all goes well.
