The interview on site was with friendly people, but the job description was completely different with the requirements that you need to fit for the interviewers, however the questions were basically but it is a waste of time to go and they don't take you account because you didn't use the tools that they do, they need to include this information in the job description, and the phone interview the HR told me a salary and in the interview on site they changed the offer.
