Alamo Fireworks interview questions

Ridiculous - the CEO/COO must think he is interviewing for a high-security clearance position instead of for a secretarial admin support role for a dang fireworks company. The interview was held in a trailer ( the offices might move into a slightly larger pre-fab building...) in the dust of a caliche parking lot. The first screening was an elaborate personality test. Then you were welcomed & congratulated "for getting this far". Oh my gosh, the interview was just a waste of time--the COO/CEO scrutinized evy detail as if you were guarding national secrets. He himself does not have a very good track record and since he posted the original position, the hourly rate has fluctuated each time for each job posting---starting at $12/hour, then up to $20/hour and now back down to $15-$18/hur. This guy is incredibly inefficient and will run every qualified person off with his persnickety requirements for filing the piles and piles of paperwork that were all over the floor of this trailer---the place is a total fire hazard.,,,
