I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Airgas in Mar 2016
Interview
Received a phone interview that took 45 minutes. Interview went very well the lady said. After the phone interview, you are asked to take a online assessment. They said it takes approximately 60 minutes to do. However it took me 1.5 hours. It is very in depth with story problems, mathematical equations and situations you either agree or disagree with. I am awaiting a phone call for second phase of the interview process. Hope this helps you.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Airgas (Oakwood Village, OH) in Jan 2022
Interview
First the conference room for is not organized It’s a dump! A copy of an employee write up is on the the table and that is a poor sign of the management. House keeping is non existing.
Panel interview format starts off very basic and then the scenario changes very rapidly and you are gaslighted. Your asked behavior type questions have you written up an associate or are you hands on them your ask about a budget and an interviewer gets out a calculator to check. That is very unprofessional. Then an interviewer turns off their camera so you can see them then turn it back on. This continues through out the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Airgas (Independence, OH) in Aug 2020
Interview
Given the current pandemic and my experience with the interview process with other companies I was interviewing with I was unsure what to expect. Each Airgas employee was professional, prompt, and clear on what to expect with each step of the process. The complete process was four interviews via phone and web conference (I was in Chicago with the position in Cleveland). Final step was a plant tour and an in person meeting with the regional president and director of HR.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made a decision and later found it was not the right one? How did you apply what you learned from that situation to a later decision?
