Contacted by company recruiter. Two preliminary video interviews with group leaders due to COVID. One secondary phone interview with another group leader. This process took about a month. The recruiter was giving constant updates.

I just made it to the recruiter interview. The questions were really along the line of, is this person a good fit for the role, etc. We talked about my history managing a lab, troubleshooting customized hardware setups, what interests me about this company, my desired salary, etc.
