The sent me a take-home project and ghosted me right away (asked them follow up questions on the job itself and the project, but they didn't respond to any of my emails)
Standard phone screen after online application.
Chat application take home. The company expects far more polish than a take home warrants, which I find to be disrespectful of the applicant's time.
Sorry to hear this. We always try to be respectful of peoples time especially our candidates. As such we only have a two stage recruiting process, don't have any strict deadlines on the task and don't bother with irrelevant interviews such as leetcode style interviews etc.
