Interview
First you will have an over the phone interview. This is usually just screening your willingness for background checks, drug tests, and any other possible conflicts. Then you are scheduled an in person interview at the cite of the location. You will tour the location. This one is more traditional interview. Be sure to dress business casual and wear comfortable shoes.

They will ask common questions as why should they chose you as a candidate. Also, where do you see yourself in five years. Many of the questions are related to solving problems and how you handle certain scenarios.
