I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aflac (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
There is an initial interview. At that interview they give you literature as to what the company is about and if it's a good fit for you. Then at the second interview you go over the position and education. It's all paid for by them but you don't start being paid until you start to make sales. This is a 100% commission job. If you have financial support it seems like a good company to work for until your sales pick up. I am responsible for my financial situation so I couldn't take the job and was told the door is always open if / when I'm ready.
Group interview for the first one. It’s 100% commission based but if you know your capabilities then I recommend going for it! If you are a self-starter, this is definitely for you.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Knoxville, TN) in Aug 2025
Interview
Pretty easy, they seem to take everyone. The office is set up a little strangely with Aflac decorations everywhere. They do a group interview first which is a big tipoff, then you will likely be invited back for a one on one.
Interview questions [1]
