The interview process was straight forward, focusing on previous sales experience as well as any certification in the industry. There was only 1 round of interview which lasted 20 minutes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Louisville, KY) in Apr 2021
Interview
Selling me on the job, and asking if I was a hard worker pretty standard and was immediately hired. It was really easy to do and not stressful at all. A lot of the questions were more directed to give them an opportunity to sell the company and the job to me.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
Contacted directly, initial interview time /date set, meet with a group of prospective candidates in conference room - given brief (20 mins) company overall and potential dream salaries. Called back for second interview a few days later. Surprisingly the 'interview" was a full court press sales pitch to sign you on immediately. Was given the 15+ yr success story and a tour of all the awards, trophies - then shown the most recent W4. Never did ask if I had any questions / concerns. When I did state I had some questions, I was met with "we only have about 10 minutes" --- I reviewed my top questions, and got doublespeak answers dancing around. I persisted and finally got a direct answer - all whilst their wristwatch was being stared at.

Question 1
It was all a one way sales pitch .... prospective candidate questions were met disconcerting.
