I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2015
Interview
They schedule through their secretary a group interview first. There were about 6 people in a panel table and the recruiter spoke to us for about an hour. We were able to ask questions. They also asked us to fill out a questionnaire. After that, if they liked you they called you back for a one on one interview.

Question 1
What is easier to sell: Something tangible or something intangible?
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
