The HR representative did a good job explaining the company’s background, the role itself, and the overall direction and growth of the organization. They asked several questions about my previous work experience, which gave me the opportunity to share my background in more detail. While it wasn’t a lengthy interview, it felt informative and gave a solid overview of what to expect from the position and the company culture.
