An online test, followed by an information meeting if successful, where one interview takes place with another to follow if successful. Process takes place off site for security purposes. The information session is a great place to find out as much about the company as possible, before being able to chat with the recruiter one on one. Informal interviews help ease the nerve but it is expected you present yourself nicely as the company has policies on appearance.
