I made two interview after filled the application. The first interview by phone with the employer and the second interview with the supervisor in a coffee shop. In both the interview they asked me about my experience.

Extremely easy interview process. I was told I'd get an offer 5 minutes in. The rest of it she went over the onboarding process and day to day job duties.

Fairly simple process. The manager at the time was very candid about the role and open to all my questions. It was for a part time in store position and training would be provided.

Candidates schedule an interview through an AI bot. The first recruiter didn’t respond after sending an email confirming the interview, the second recruiter a few weeks later was pleasant and quickly offered the position.
