Recruiter call, followed by peer than hiring manager. The process was standard but the hiring manager call was basically something to the extent where the manager had concerns if I had the experience for this role after a long conversation.

Didn't he read my resume?
It almost baffles me why someone would waste their time, or my time when you know the resume basically tells it all. Hopefully the other hiring managers are a bit smarter than this.

After the initial screening, they gave a very short time to schedule an HR Interview- My motivations, experience was asked in depth and checked executive presence. They reached out the same day for next steps.

Recruiter reached out by email, followed by a 30 minute phone screen. Then came a hiring manager interview (~45 mins). Then a final panel interview with engineers, PMs, and HR.
