Interview
Very smooth process. Really felt great and learned a lot about the company. They use the MOSAIC process. They figure out different situations and how you reacted in the situations. They are behavioral questions. But it can really make or break the interview.
Very straightforward, and typical of most recruiter-style agencies. Had me do a short personality type test that was pretty generic. Recruiter was friendly and helpful. Was over the phone, and also had the option to do a video call.
The interview went really well and then they ghosted me. Stopped responding to emails all of a sudden. At first I was introduced to a recruiter and she told me that she will send me a bunch of job opportunities. I thought the conversation went well. It ended on a great note and then nothing. Waste of time.
