The interview process (three interviews total) was very smooth. I first met with an assistant, then two managers, then a director. About three weeks after the initial interview, I received a formal, written offer letter that I had some questions about. After speaking with the director, I decided to accept the role. I requested an adjustment to the start date; a normal practice before starting a new job. The director rescinded the offer the next business day with no explanation. After asking for a reason, I received a generic "we no longer feel that this is the best fit for our organization." There was no attempt to negotiate the start date on AdCellerant's end or specific reason given for withdrawing the offer.
This experience revealed a significant lack of professional communication and respect for my time and concerns. Be extremely cautious of AdCellerant's organizational stability and communication before accepting an offer.
