For the writer/coordinator intern position. I initially had a call with the lead recruiter, and then was invited for an in-person interview at the Burlingame office. They comp-ed me for my travel from NY to CA. The in-person interview consisted of an initial logic test: lots of LSAT-type questions and probability questions. I was told I did not need to study for the test ahead of time, but having not studied probabilities in around three years it was a little stressful. I think letting the candidate know the content of the logic test ahead of time would be helpful. In-person interviews with 5 staff members after the logic test, and a snack break in between the second and third interviews. All of the staff from Acumen seemed really great, and definitely gave me a good impression of the company.
