Hiring manager interview is the next. First one is an initial screening. Some programming problem. Binary Tree traversal. Question wasn't tough, but you will need to be skilled in a particular language.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Achievers (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interview Process was very quick. First I got a call from HR and was asked basic questions about my work experience and technologies I 've worked on.
A week later they scheduled an online technical round where I was interviewed with 2 managers from 2 different teams. They asked me to code through code pair and write testcases for it and lot of behaviour questions and past work experience related questions.
The same day, HR emailed me telling that they want to meet me in-person and do a final round. I was interviewed by the same managers and 1 developer. They again asked lot of behaviour questions, ask to explain my projects which I wrote on resume, a white-board session to design an application and its database and sql queries to retrieve data from my designed database.
